Is this outfit ok for an interview?

I have an interview today and i am wearing a black skirt that falls just below my knees and a shell like tank top that fully covers my back and front. it's not too low cut but is sleeveless. is this ok for what i am uming to be a dressier workplace? I am applying for a receptionist position. the outfit is very well put together and looks very professional. but is the sleeveless thing going to look bad? do i need to go and get a jacket? (I dont know if a jacket would look good with the skirt) Also, please keep in mind that it is going to be 90 today and very humid. Originally i thought it would be ok since it is going to be so hot and i dont want to be more uncomfortable than i already will be because of nerves. But now i'm worried. Let me know what you think!
