Can i use a shaving razor to razor cut my hair?

ok so i cutted my hair 3 days ago and i cut the top half a little more shorter then i wanted and now it looks to square haha and i dont have shears or razor combs and i cant buy one yet. everyone is making fun of it and its getting me mad should i razor cut it with it wet?.... oh by the way im trying to get scene hair thanks. AND NO RUDE COMMENTS.
