When will the world's attention go to the plight of the Burmese?

So much of suffering has been given to the citizens of Burma(Myanmar) and the world is oblivious to it.What a shame!!?? Iraq was beaten up for suspected WMD/violation of human rights etc what about doing something for these monks and other humans living in Burma?
