Can someone name a few caucasian vocalists?

Try Sia, Duffy, Adele, A Fine Frenzy (just one person but she's an amazing singer songwriter), Tori Amos. They won't have the same vocal tone as the women in "vocals I love" section of your post, but I think you'll like them.
