Chemistry Molarity Problem!!!?

A 16.45g sample of NaCl is dissolved in enough water to make 1,000 L of solution. An 853.5mg sample of KIO3 is dissolved in enough water to make 250mL of solution. A 0.04508g sample of iron is dissolved in a small amount of nitric acid, forming Fe+3 ions in solution and is diluted to a total volume of 500.0 mL. Calculate the molarity of all three of the above solutions.
