Why did Yahoo do a theme for Earth Day but not Easter?

This question goes out to Yahoo since you don't have a comment box or anything. Why did you do a logo theme for Earth Day but not Easter? And what about honoring the victims of the Virgina Tech tragedy with a special logo? Or are you just too interested in your political agenda?
