What is my internet provider telling me?

well, my internet has been shut down for Copyright infringement, what does this mean? I think its illegal downloading of movies, how can i get it turned back on? the last time i illegally downloaded something was a week or so ago so i know im not going to get arrested cause they would have been here by now.
