In mtg, if i have an indestructible enchantment on a flying creature, can it be destroyed?

My opponent has a card that destroy Target creature with flying. He say that indestructible creature just can't be dealt damage? Can he destroy my indestructible creature with this card? If not, how can he destroy it. Thank you for your time.
