How do i find the meaning of my birthmark?

it is the shape of a pentacle on the inside of my arm right above my elbow. my grandmother had the same one in the same place she showed me the scars where it was. she had hers removed in 1916 when she was a teenager because she practiced witchcraft. and she was afraid of being caught.
