Children unfit living conditions with non custodial partent?

I have custody of my three children(Michigan) and I take my children to my ex's every other weekend. She has two dogs and 3 cats the house smells so bad it could gagg you. I have seen dog fecies on the floor and smells like the animals urinate on the floor as well, the house is always a mess and my children have no bed to sleep in. I have asked my ex to furnish beds for them but says she doesnt have the funds for it. One of my children is a boy the other is a girl. My son is suppose to have is own room but is left to either sleep on the floor in the living room or on a cot in the livingrom. Can I report her to DHS for unfit living conditions?
