Question About Homeopathic Medicine and Antisperm Antibodies?

Hi There, my husband and I underwent 3 cycles of IVF a couple of years ago and were blessed with twins. We would now like another child but I am not willing to do another IVF cycle. It's just too hard on my body. He had a vas reversal almost 4 years ago and has been diagnosed with anti sperm antibodies. They are attached to the tails but the levels are >50% so we have a slim to no chance of conceiving naturally. I have heard that the use of staphysagria 200 can help. Does anyone have any information on the use of this. I've looked but I can't find anything that is useful to me. We would love another baby and would welcome any help we can get.
