Its a giant network of people who take chances on other people who need loans. It all depends on your grade. For example if you score an D then your at a high risk and your chances of getting a loan is going to be hard. If your an AA then a person who gives you a loan gives you the money but you end up paying them back the loan plus interests, everything is connected to your credit! They get all of your information especially your home address! If you use fake information you will simply be put on credit report saying what you did!
