Where's the best place to live in the USA?

Indianapolis its a big city 2.5 million people in the metro area.Its the 12th biggest city in the US. It has a nice downtowen there building a new JW Marroit downtown It going to be the biggest in the midwest. It has plenty of sports teams. The 500 mile race is held in speedway that brings in 300,000 people from around the world. Our airport is new, we have good schools, and if you have a kid born here they can go to any collage in indiana for free!!! I hope this helps.
