Can tet-diptheria-polio injections cause severe leg bruising?

I had a tet-diptheria-polio travel immunisation injection yesterday lunchtime in my left arm. That arm felt a little dead for the rest of the day, particularly during the night. I woke up with my arm still feeling quite dead, and with my left leg also feeling a little sore. I have just noticed (early evening, the day after the injection) that I have an enormous bruise with some swelling on my left calf. I have not bumped into anything recently, and I can think of no cause for my bruising. Is it all possible that the injection is the cause? Should I be worried?
