Help need legal advice? anyone knowledgeable in subject?

my court appointed lawyer and the da where working together they shared privalaged informtion that was used later in the trail to discredit me i know that he was the one that told by my lawyer if i can prove that they shared information can i get a motion to supperess? this is advice from another lawer and possibelly sue the court appointed layer or county any advice would appericated to further my actions with my second lawyer he wants money
