What is your favorite cookbook?

I do not have a favorite cookbook, but I do find visit The Food Network Channel's site gives me a huge variety of cuisines to browse. Sometimes the quantity of ingredients can be a bit much for the simple results that are yielded so my next choice is cooks.com
